Perimenopause Focus Group – Join the Interest List

If you're in your 40s or 50s and have started noticing changes in your body—unexplained weight gain, disrupted sleep, mood swings, hot flashes, or shifting hormones—you may be experiencing perimenopause, the natural transition leading up to menopause. These changes can feel frustrating, isolating, and sometimes overwhelming. With the right support, you can navigate this stage with confidence, clarity, and improved quality of life.

We are creating a supportive, small-group program in Flagstaff designed for women in perimenopause who want to better understand what's happening in their bodies, learn practical strategies for managing weight, sleep, mood, and hormones, and connect with other women going through the same stage of life. This in-person program will run for 8 to 12 weeks and will blend education, lifestyle coaching, and community support in a safe, welcoming environment. Group sizes will be intentionally kept small so each participant receives personalized attention and has the opportunity to build meaningful connections.

Why Join?

Participants will gain evidence-based education about perimenopause and hormonal health, along with realistic, actionable guidance for improving sleep, mood, and energy levels. You'll learn how to manage weight changes during this transition and leave with tools to feel more in control of your well-being. Most importantly, you'll be part of a supportive community where you can openly share experiences, find encouragement, and know you're not alone.

Be the First to Know

We are currently building the program and expect spots to fill quickly. By joining the interest list, you will be the first to receive program details and registration dates. You'll have priority access before we open to the public, as well as updates about related resources and events to help you prepare for a smoother, more empowered perimenopause journey.
